Marsh Valuation Services is a specialist division within Marsh that undertakes the valuation of property plant, equipment and infrastructure assets, for many of the Pacific region's leading corporate and public sector organisations.
In order to support our ongoing growth of our Perth office including our Plant, Equipment & Infrastructure Valuation team, we are seeking a soon to be graduate, recently graduated or candidate with a 1–2-year engineering/valuation background, who is looking to grow their career in cost engineering valuations and capital cost estimating.

You will work will have the opportunity to contribute to the team providing wide-ranging advice, primarily to assist with insurance and financial reporting valuation requirements across WA and Australia.

Assisting the National valuation team in research & data analysis across property, plant, equipment & infrastructure asset classes Supervised site inspections and field work Report & spreadsheet compilation to include data transfer, formatting & formulas Liaison with client representatives Use of our in-house valuation program Arranging project plans & site inspections Supporting senior staff with general valuation, research & analysis tasks We would like you to have: Degree (or soon to be completed Degree) in Property Valuation/Civil or Mechanical Engineering Strong Microsoft Excel skills Broad computer competency Desire and willingness to learn new skills to complement your existing skills Ability to deliver results on time and in full Self-motivated with a positive attitude Confident communicator in all forms Analytical mindset Team player with high integrity and energy Level-headed nature and organised under pressure Willing to travel both regionally and nationally Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What makes you stand out: Strong attention to detail and client focused Strong project and time management skills allowing you the ability to work on multiple projects Advanced computer competency, in particular MS Excel Excellent communication skills Experience in financial reporting, insurance and/or market valuations would be looked upon favourably Experience in working with private and public sector clients across state and national projects is of additional benefit API or ASA certification About Marsh: Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
