Job Description Reporting to the CFO and managing a finance team, you will be responsible for:
Timely and accurate ASX financial reporting and tax complianceDevelop and implement financial strategies and plansManage financial risk, forecast changes, and devise proactive solutionsCoaching and driving performance of the finance team, promoting professional development and successEngage with senior leadership and stakeholders on financial mattersEnsure compliance with statutory law and financial regulationsManage budgeting and forecasting processes The Successful Applicant To be successful, you will be a:
Qualified Accountant with previous experience in the mining sectorSolid understanding of ASX financial reporting and accounting principles, ideally working in a large growing mining company and/or previous experience from the Big 4Experience managing financial risk and forecastingStrong leadership and team management skills to drive a high performing finance teamExcellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholdersPrevious experience with SAP will be highly regarded What's on Offer A competitive salary package of circa $200,000 to $220,000 plus superannuationThe opportunity to work in a strategic, C-suite level roleA supportive, inclusive company culture that values employee success We encourage all qualified candidates to apply and take the first step towards becoming a key player in a prominent company within the mining sector.
