Job Description Safely park and retrieve guest vehiclesManage pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departuresBe the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every timeCheck the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needsEnsure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely mannerGuide guests to their room and assist with their luggageEnsure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggageBe present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requestedEnsure the lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remain clean and presentable at all times.
