Truck Driver Training Provided Ballarat Vac Solutions is seeking experienced and motivated Vac Truck Operators, Excavator Operators and Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Ballarat, Victoria.
This is a full-time position with training provided for the right candidate.
As part of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality vacuum and excavation services to our diverse range of clients across the construction industry.
What you'll be doing
Operating vacuum trucks and excavators to perform a variety of vacuum and excavation tasks on construction sites Transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites using company trucks Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on all assigned machinery and vehicles Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Collaborating with the wider operations team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services Providing excellent customer service to clients What we're looking for
Relevant experience operating vacuum trucks, excavators and/or heavy vehicles in a construction environment Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication and customer service skills A current driver's licence and willingness to obtain any necessary licences or certifications A passion for the construction industry and a desire to be part of a growing, dynamic team What we offer
