About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced retail industry as a Senior Allocator at Harli and Harpa, Australia's newest jewellery brand. As a Senior Allocator, you will play a crucial role in optimising product allocation and distribution to ensure the efficient delivery of our products to customers across Australia. This full-time position is based in our Hawthorn office.What you'll be doingAnalysing sales data and forecasting demand to determine optimal product allocation across our retail channels.Collaborating with our buying and merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product placement.Monitoring stock levels and adjusting allocations in response to changing trade conditions.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline our allocation processes.Providing regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making.Mentoring and training more junior members of the planning team.What we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in a retail planning or allocation role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Proficient in the use of planning and allocation software, such as RMS and Excel Advanced.Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics or a related field is highly desirable.Passion for the retail industry and a drive to optimise operations and drive business growth.What we offerAt Harli and Harpa, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
