About You
We're looking for a UX Designer with:
Experience facilitating workshops to gather requirements and define user flows.Proven ability to translate user requirements into detailed UI designs.Strong understanding of UI best practices and design systems.Ability to conduct user research, including user testing and interviews.Proficiency in CSS/HTML and basic React skills.Experience maintaining and contributing to frontend component libraries.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Key Requirements Competence in workshop facilitation and defining user flows.Expertise in UI design, including creating prototypes and capturing feedback.User research experience to identify and address pain points.Frontend development knowledge, including CSS/HTML and basic React skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Work Arrangements 2 days in the office.3 days working from home.7.5-hour workdays with a 30-minute lunch break.The Benefits Rate: Up to $110 per hour + Super.Contract: Initial 6-month term, with potential for extension.Team: Join a skilled group of designers and developers focused on impactful projects.How to Apply If this opportunity resonates with you, APPLY NOW!
