Your new role
The Assistant Branch Manager's core aim is to guarantee the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company's and customers' expectations. This involves strategic logistical planning and adeptly resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise. Additionally, the role entails promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing support to the Branch Manager in team management.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry. A full and clean driver's license; a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity. Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
