What You'll Do Troubleshoot andrepair equipment as defined by the service engineering teamPerform complex andprecise electro-mechanical debug, rework and repairPerform tasksrequiring a high level of skill and patienceComfortable andable to work with Medium and High Voltage environments while maintaining asafety focusOperate a varietyof hand tools, power tools and LV/MV/HV test equipment for diagnosis andtroubleshootingDevelop and followbest practices and procedures for various maintenance activities related toTesla Energy equipmentMaintain highlevels of communication and feedback within the Tesla Energy serviceorganization; prepare daily updates of work completed, problems identified, andfuture timelines.Have flexibility toprovide support outside your region and possibly outside the country asrequiredPerform otherrelated duties as assigned per our growth and diversity across applicationsActively workacross Powerpack and Megapack Utility sites, ensuring operations &maintenance requirements are met, maintaining a healthy fleet that isperforming optimally What You'll Bring CertifiedElectrician (Cert III (3)+ in Electrical/Electro Technology)Minimum 5 years'experience, with at least 3 years' electrical experience within the Utilitysector (Solar/Wind experience is preferred)Must have up todate Electrical Registration/LicenseMust have HVswitching certification and experienceSCADA operatingexperience is a plusMust be able towork from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and writteninstructions depending on situationStrong computerskills, ability to utilise proprietary and 3rd party OEM softwareAbility tocommunicate and function well in a mobile office settingAbility to read andunderstand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanicaldrawingsMust be reliable,have good initiative, committed, and quality focusedWillingness to workoutdoors, occasionally on the road at unusual hoursValid driver'slicense requiredKnowledge ofoperation and maintenance of a wide variety of hand and power tools, shoptools, test equipmentAbility to establishand maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in thecourse of work, including the publicAbility toeffectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlinesAbility to maintainand perform top level professional integrity and appearance Compensation and Benefits Benefits
