Positions Available We are currently inviting applications for the following positions: Utility-Focused Project Manager Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of utility projects, ensuring alignment with goals, regulations, and client expectations.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee all project phases, from tendering to final handover, ensuring milestone achievement and quality standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utility companies, government authorities, and clients.
Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Public Utility Plant experience is advantageous.
Extensive experience managing utility projects with a proven track record in infrastructure delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout project delivery.
Site Engineer Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, and execution of utility projects, ensuring activities align with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project timelines.
Assist in the preparation and review of technical drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents.
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and reduce project costs.
Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Public Utility Plant experience is advantageous.
Hands-on experience in utility-focused site engineering, particularly in the areas of water, gas, electricity, or telecommunications infrastructure.
Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to practical, on-the-ground situations.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
