Site Manager - Fit Out

Our client is an Australian owned and operated construction company that provides construction services throughout the east coast of Australia.
With a focus on Defence and Government projects as well as commercial construction sectors, they offer a sector specialised approach, tailored and refined over many years of experience in delivering construction and infrastructure services to these sectors.
They are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager to deliver newly won commercial fitout projects.

Role:
The Site Supervisor / Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:
Management of trades and subcontractors on site
Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
Implementation of OH&S policies
Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
Approval of subcontractor invoices
Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
Long and Short term programming
Person:
A stable career history within the construction industry
Project experience over $1m
Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid tier would be an advantage
Commercial fitout experience is essential
The ability to work to and meet deadlines
Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
