Norris Metro Used Cars is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and professional Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in Kedron.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will work alongside our dynamic F&I, Car Care, and Administration Departments to provide a seamless buying experience to our valued customers.
To become the new member of our Metro Used Cars team, you will be able to demonstrate:
Previous leadership experience Create engaging, connecting, and memorable moments with our guests Hands-on sales approach; this is a Selling Sales Manager role A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets A proactive approach to logging and following up all leads received in a timely manner A desire to succeed by consistently staying on top of sale opportunities short and long term Customer Relationship Management is a high priority for you A strong customer focus and ability to work hard to meet the needs and requirements of our guests A process-driven mindset Full and current Drivers Licence Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, or ability to acquire A strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeed The successful candidate will be rewarded with:
