As a key member of our events team, you'll handle a variety of business and social event inquiries, working with both local and international clients. Your role will focus on providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth planning and execution of all hotel events.

Key Responsibilities At Rydges South Bank, Conference and Events are central to our success, creating an exciting and rewarding work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing daily administrative support to clients and internal teamsHandling email and phone inquiries promptlyAssisting with the preparation and processing of event paperworkManaging the preparation and processing of Banquet Event Orders and all corresponding paperwork Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless conference/event execution and coordination with F&B outletsMaintaining detailed records and diary managementConducting thorough post-event follow-ups with clientsCoordinating with event suppliers and third-party vendors as neededQualifications / Skills / Experience We're looking for what sets you apart and how you can elevate our business. For sales success, excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, professional presentation, and attention to detail are essential.
Ideal candidates will have:
