About the role: In this role you will lead theUsed Cars Sales Department at Castle Hill BMWto achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit, and Customer Service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities.
With proven experience within a Sales Management position, you will harness your existing skills and experience to lead and motivate a team of Used Car Sales Consultants by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly.
