Position Overview: As a Used Car Sales Manager, this appointment represents an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone currently performing a Sales Manager role in a dealership or a senior sales achiever with a proven track record who is ready to step up to management level.
Job tasks and responsibilities: This role is responsible for the strategic management of all sales-related activities in order to maximize profitability in the operations of the department, while exceeding customer expectations and fully leveraging all growth opportunities.Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Meeting budgeted volume and profit targets by motivating sales consultants and overseeing the development of sustained relationships with new and existing customers.Creating and maintaining processes to manage a successful vehicle sales process from initial customer contact through to vehicle delivery.Overseeing effective regular customer contact, ensuring that satisfaction is maintained and opportunities for growing the business are maximized utilizing online and digital tools.Valuing and sourcing vehicles to buy, increasing stock opportunities for sale.Creating and managing sales ads, photos, and legal documentation in relation to advertising.Qualifications: Demonstrating a high level of customer service, customer focus, excellence in communication, and organizational skills.Achieving vehicle sales in a retail environment to meet and exceed budgets and targets, and leading others to do the same.Maintaining high standards in lead management and stock management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Enthusiasm for cars and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle.Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer: 5-day work week.Competitive Salary and leading incentive structure.Fully maintained company vehicle with fuel.The opportunity to work in a high volume and successful dealership environment.Ongoing support from senior management and a supportive team environment.Join us at ESSENDON NISSAN and turn your passion for cars into a rewarding career!
