Our Parks Infrastructure projects team is responsible for the delivery of parks infrastructure and playground renewal programs.
Working alongside professionals in the Parks Infrastructure field, you will deepen your understanding in areas relating to your studies while assisting the team in managing projects from inception to completion.
This process involves various stages, including defining project scopes, procurement, interpreting plans and designs, and overseeing project management.
Your tasks will include assisting with:
Coordination of on-site contractors and managing contractor relationshipsObtaining quotes through preferred supplier agreementsDeveloping evaluation templatesAs you'll be engaging with the broader team, your ability to collaborate effectively is essential for success in this role.
Your enthusiasm and drive will be paired with exceptional customer service skills as we strive to provide a great experience for all of our stakeholders we interact with.
You will be currently enrolled in relevant university studies, ideally with a focus on construction management, landscape architecture, or urban planning.
We'll also need you to hold a current C class driver's license and either hold or be willing to obtain a Construction Induction Card prior to commencement.
