Your expertise will help shape and maintain our cloud-based services, providing vital support and ensuring seamless operations across the university. You'll collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, engaging in innovative projects with other universities and partners. From overcoming technical challenges to showcasing achievements through presentations, workshops, and industry publications, your role will drive UniSC's presence in the digital space while advancing our impact in the wider community.

You will possess: Proven experience managing cloud and digital platforms with a hands-on approach to delivering secure, scalable solutions Skilled in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Bicep, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Solid knowledge of cloud networking, from virtual networks and subnets to routing, load balancing, and DNS Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts, lead technical discussions, and present architectural recommendations to support key decisions Adept at team-based training and 'train the trainer' approaches, with a commitment to researching emerging technologies and trends to guide technical strategy Experienced in technical leadership and project management, including governance, analysis, and communication Knowledgeable in ITIL frameworks and processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency Well-rounded organisational and interpersonal skills, with effective communication, a client-focused approach and collaborative team leadership UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
