You are a motivated administrator with experience in minute taking, scheduling, collating complex data, and drafting correspondence and reports under supervision while building relationships with multiple internal stakeholders. You have excellent written communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Officer, you will perform a broad range of administrative and operational duties. You will work as part of the Executive Services team and will contribute to the effective operation of the Academic Unit while supporting the smooth and effective operations of the Unit's executive team.
Essential Skills and Experience Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or demonstrated experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant or administrative support role in a customer-oriented environment Demonstrable organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands High level interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations Advanced knowledge and experience in the suite of programs in Microsoft Office and experience in the establishment and maintenance of a records management system Benefits
