Business Development Advertising Partnerships Manager Digital, Print & Engagement
Universal Media Co is growing, and looking for a top-class Advertising Partnerships Manager to work across several titles in our portfolio.
The successful candidate will have great personal social skills, be adept at managing multiple projects, know how to sell, and be agile in their approach to business-making.
This role works on top media brands including Grand Designs Australia, Home Design and more.

The team you'll be joining works across market-leading media in the lifestyle, home and garden categories.
These mediums are known for precision targeting of highly sought-after and high-yielding market verticals.
They come with substantial databases of established clients and function in markets with significant scope for business development.

The Role
As the Advertising Partnerships Manager for these titles, you will work alongside other team members selling advertising and sponsorship to industry suppliers.
Selling across digital, print and event products, new business development will play an important role, especially in these rapidly evolving markets.
The position requires hands-on selling and great social skills as you'll need to meet with clients, take them to lunch, and attend some events in and outside of office hours.

The Person
We are only after enthusiastic, committed candidates who can sell.
You'll be a natural around people and have some experience in sales, working in media or event sales.
Experience in selling print and digital media, including programmatic targeting and/or events would be an advantage.

You will need to be able to pitch and present ideas in sales meetings and follow up with written proposals.

In return for your efforts, you will be compensated with a competitive base salary plus superannuation, and access to an uncapped commission incentive scheme.
