About the role:
With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, as the qualified Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for providing focused home based services for older clientele with a variety of health conditions.
Our service focuses on clients' strengths, is goal-directed and aims to maximise independence and autonomy so clients can remain living independently in the community.
Our Occupational Therapy team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical lead of Occupational Therapy.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, reliable and adaptable, motivated and committed to the provision of customer centred care, and have the capacity to work well autonomously and in a team environment.

We are looking for individuals with:
Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current registration with AHPRA Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector (Desirable) Experience completing Home safety assessments and Home modification/equipment recommendations(Desirable) Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the B E S T way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust) Successful candidates must have:
Commitment to Person-Centred Care: A genuine interest in supporting elderly clients and maintaining high standards of care.
Driver's License and Car: A valid Australian driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
First Aid & CPR: Current certifications or a willingness to obtain.
Working With Children Check (Employee): Or willingness to obtain.
National Criminal Police Record Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check: Or willingness to obtain.
Annual vaccinations as per policy: Or willingness to obtain.
