We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Accountant/Manager to join our Coffs Harbour office.
This role comes with opportunities for you to grow professionally while making a real impact on our clients' businesses.
As our new team member, you'll be the key point of contact for clients across a wide range of industries, providing tax compliance, business advisory, and planning services that help them thrive.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them meet tax compliance requirements and achieve their business goals.
Provide valuable business advisory, forecasting, and planning services that drive growth.
Deliver accounting and taxation services for sole traders, partnerships, and companies, including accounts preparation, reconciliations, inter-entity charges, and BAS returns.
Train, mentor, and manage junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Work extensively with accounting software, particularly MYOB and Xero, to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
What You Bring
A relevant degree and CA or CPA qualification (or significant progress towards it).
At least 5 years of experience in tax and business services, ideally in a public practice environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Experience with accounting software like MYOB and Xero.
