Salary Packaging and Entertainment Benefits: As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RA NT can offer up to $15,899 per annum of the salary tax-free, and up to $2,650 per annum pro rata, tax-free as a fringe benefit, conditions apply. 5 weeks per annum pro rata with leave loading of 17.5% payable on annual leave. Christmas Leave: 3-4 days of leave (without leave loading) are given between Christmas and New Year during the RA-NT Office Closure. Wellness Day: Staff are given one day off per financial year to pursue a wellness activity. Employee Assistance Program: An external wellbeing service supporting employees through difficult periods in their personal or professional lives, accessible by staff and immediate family members, conditions apply. Professional Development: Clinical Staff receive $3,000 total of 10 days PD leave pro rata; Corporate staff receive $2,000 total of 8 days PD leave pro rata, accessible after three months of continuous service. An allowance of up to $4,000 is payable if relocating from interstate, conditions apply. Cultural Fitness: Several events are organised throughout the year to promote and celebrate diversity.
