This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL principles and proficiency with ITSM/Inventory tools. IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Asset tracking, Inventory & Stock management & Service Catalog. Configuration Management: CMDB Management & Configuration Items (CIs): Define, record, and manage Configuration Items (CIs) and their attributes within the CMDB, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and maintained. Compliance and Governance: Regulatory Compliance, Audit and Reporting, Data Analysis. ITILV4 & CSA Certification: Financial Management: Vendor and Contract Management: Vendor Relation, Contract Compliance. Incident, Problem & Change Management: Incident Resolution, Service Integration: Integrate asset management practices with other ITIL processes & Problem Management. Process Improvement: Implement ITIL best practices for asset management, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement in asset management processes and practices.
