About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Manage and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Previous experience in technical and financial accounting.
Proven track record of leading internal financial audits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
