Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology) Full time A prominent Government Agency is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance efforts within the Data and Automation Engineering Branch. This role involves managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and driving innovation. As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for developing test strategies, overseeing test processes, and guiding a team of engineers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
You will lead cutting-edge RPA and automation testing projects that enhance operational processes, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality results. In addition to managing these projects, you will mentor and lead a team of testing specialists, promoting continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment. You'll also drive innovative testing solutions within a government setting, using the latest tools and platforms.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the timely and high-quality delivery of testing processes.Planning and developing test cases across different stages.Collaborating with project teams to ensure proper methodologies and tools are used.Reviewing complex test cases for quality.Defining and documenting test environment requirements.Mentoring your team to foster continuous growth and improvement.The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA development, UIPath, and automation testing frameworks. A minimum of three years as a Test Manager, along with a strong understanding of RPA technologies, is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A relevant certification, such as ISTQB, is also preferred.
