The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Service Desk environment and be comfortable acting as an escalation point on the team.

Manage and resolve technical issues for clients Act as a mentor for junior engineers Configure, deploy and support within Microsoft environments Manage & troubleshoot systems and network solutions for clients Skills/Must have:
Microsoft Suite Experience (Servers, Azure, Active Directory, etc.)
