About the Role:
To be our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic insight across the organisation. You will lead and mentor the finance administration team, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, under the guidance of the Head of Finance. This role is perfect for a great people leader and technical expert who is looking for career growth and future opportunities.
Our new Finance Manager will:
Be tertiary qualified, and a registered CPA or CA. Have demonstrated experience leading the finance and payroll functions in a complex organisation, ideally in the health sector. Love leading their team, supporting the delivery of team objectives and helping people thrive at work. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
