You will play a vital role in our business and take the complexity out of the technology decision making for our customers and bring a positive impact to their business.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and support of traditional on-premise & cloud-based communications servicesDeliver projects as per scope and within budget, SLA's and milestones including but not limited to onboarding new customers, obtaining technical requirements from customers, configuring, provisioning, testing VoIP & voice services, routers and switchesRemote and on-site support to existing clients' communications networks including end-user trainingMaintain service tickets and support documentation inline with company guidelines, workflows, policies and proceduresLiaise and escalate faults with vendors, upstream providers and ISPsWork closely with other staff in the Technical and Service Delivery TeamEssential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 Years' experience in a similar role implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting traditional On-premise PABX, Unified Communications and IP Communications networks.ACMA Open Registered Cable license and sound experience within the telecommunications industryExcellent troubleshooting & fault analysis, verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle pressure situations Highly motivated and organised with a 'Can-do' attitude and attention to detail to meet individual and team deadlines and milestonesSound knowledge of relevant SIP/VoIP, PABX, Unified Communications, voice related server technologies and tools or strong capacity to develop this knowledge Familiar with traditional NEC & Samsung Phone systems and/or Cloud-based UC solutions including MS TeamsInstalling, managing, and troubleshooting complex TDM/IP Tel & UC networks including NBN services (FTTP, FTTN, FTTC)Knowledge of Data Networking including LAN, WAN, routers/firewalls, DHCP, VLANs, VPNsStrong focus on customer serviceExcellent communication skills and a consultative approachPackage IncludesAn attractive salary package tied to ability and performance is available.An easy-going environment and culture (we all enjoy what we do) LaptopAccess to a Company VehicleA Proactive Approach to Ongoing Training to help you develop life-long skills Your application will include the following questions: Do you have customer service experience?
