Sunshine Coast - Maintenance Officer

Opportunity for a qualified maintenance officer to service our group of 8 TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies located across the Sunshine Coast.

This is a casual position that would suit a semi-retired tradesperson.
Hours will vary from week to week.
You will be responsible for:

Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance requests from stores.
Completion of all general maintenance tasks within the retail environment.
Maintaining professional appearance of all stores within the group internally and externally including gardens.
Coordinate and manage external contractors where required.
Ability to cover annual leave requirements for delivery drivers when required.

You will have:

Trade Qualification in Plumbing, Carpentry, or Electrical.
Current full Queensland driver's license.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
