About the Role We're looking for a talented product marketer with a background in B2B retail distribution and ecommerce to join the team as Head of Marketing.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth across a varied product portfolio under two separate brands.
Key Areas of Responsibility Create brand and marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and growth plans across the two brands; Segment the target markets and execute tactical, multi-channel campaigns and always on activities that target these segments; Work directly with retailers and distributors to understand customer needs and educate them on product specifics; Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to understand challenges and create solutions; Oversee and manage the performance of eCommerce, digital, print, and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and positive ROI; Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively; and Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Extensive experience in generalist marketing, gained in consumer goods, retail, apparel or similar; Previous experience in driving marketing activities and sales across B2B retail distribution networks and eCommerce; Ability to collaborate across the business to understand challenges, innovate, identify opportunities and work together to create solutions; Strong operational background in generalist marketing across brand, digital, ecommerce, partnerships, social media, trade shows etc; and Previous experience in managing marketing teams, with a positive, collaborative and supportive approach to leadership and development.
