Fortescue is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Tyre Technician to join our team at Christmas Creek.
This role involves all aspects of tyre maintenance on both heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles.
You'll be responsible for performing inspections, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring all work aligns with Fortescue's safety standards.
We are looking for a motivated team player who values safety and has the technical skills to excel in a mining environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform all aspects of tyre maintenance on heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance with a high standard of safety and performance.
Follow Fortescue procedures and work instructions.
Demonstrate absolute commitment to safety by adhering to site safety protocols.
Display a willingness to learn and actively contribute to the team.
Qualifications and Experience Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (AUR2190) or equivalent - OTR essential.
Strong focus on safety.
Current Driver's License.
Previous tyre fitting experience, ideally within a mining environment.
