Oz Integrated is comprised of a diverse, professional team of enthusiastic and engaged people managing several residential apartments on the West Coast of Australia. Our clients include smaller boutique residences, high-end commercial strata title buildings, large multi-strata title schemes, and iconic high-rise towers.
Some of your responsibilities will include: In this role you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, changing lamps, hanging whiteboards, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed: You will have previous building maintenance experience. Neat personal presentation and good communication skills.A friendly, diplomatic personality who is a proven team player.Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures, and processes.Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite.Punctuality, reliability, and proactivity.Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical behavior.Relevant experience in Building Management is preferred but not required.Clear criminal history and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.
