Complete Tyre Solutions is seeking an Experienced Tyre Fitter to join our growing team in Perth! About Us: At Complete Tyre Solutions, we support industries such as mining, energy, transportation, civil, and agriculture with a data-driven approach that enhances efficiency and productivity while prioritizing the safety of our clients' people and assets.
Your Role: As an Experienced Tyre Fitter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and helping our business grow. Your responsibilities will include:

Selling truck, crane, and OTR vehicle tyres
Performing tyre diagnostics, including checking condition, pressure, and tread depth
Adjusting wheel balance, alignment, and rotation
Inflating vehicle tyres
Assisting customers in selecting the right products
Preparing quotes and invoices
Maintaining a tidy and organized work area
Complying with all safety standards and procedures

What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience with truck tyres (experience with OTR and Earthmovers is a plus)
Certificate Two in Light and Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
A full manual car or truck license (minimum requirement)
Knowledge of mechanics, electrical and electronic systems, and tyre technology
Strong manual dexterity, precision, and accuracy
Ability to provide maintenance and technical support without supervision
Physical stamina and strength
Excellent time management and planning skills
Problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
