Guardian Wills & Probate has been providing individuals and families with legal advice and assistance in all aspects of Wills & Estate Planning, Executor Assistance, and Deceased Estate Administration for over a decade. We are looking for a solicitor with all-round experience in Estates to join our team. Would suit someone 5+ years PAE, but we are willing to consider exceptional candidates with fewer years' experience.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting wills, applications for probate, and letters of administration. Managing ongoing estate matters with meticulous attention to detail. Providing comprehensive estate planning advice tailored to clients' needs. Collaborating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Working in a team environment and providing guidance and supervision to clerks, paralegals, and other legal staff. Qualifications and Skills: Admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia with a minimum of 5 years' experience (preferred) in the area of Wills and Estates. Proficient in drafting legal documents with precision and accuracy. Strong understanding of probate and estate administration processes. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping clients navigate complex legal matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards. Competitive market salary commensurate with experience.
