About the Role
PhysioChoice is currently looking for two candidates to join our Whyalla Practice (Country Health Physiotherapy) as part-time Practice Administrators. Each position offers 15-16 hours per week, with shifts spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Core responsibilities will include:
Taking and amending bookings and assisting with enquiries Reconciling daily takings Ensure the washing and drying of towels/sheets etc is done when required Greeting customers and processing payments Merchandising and practice presentation Basic patient screening Covid-Safe and sanitization practices General Administration as required (filing, typing etc) Able to assist in covering for sick/annual leave when required Able to attend training at our practice in Port Augusta. About You
The successful applicant will possess:
A current Drivers' License (Required) Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Previous reception/administration experience in a clinical environment or similar. Experience using EFTPOS and HICAPS (preferred) Sound computer skills. A friendly and empathetic nature with the ability to converse and build rapport with customers easily. How to Apply
