About the RolePhysioChoice is currently looking for two candidates to join our Whyalla Practice (Country Health Physiotherapy) as part-time Practice Administrators. Each position offers 15-16 hours per week, with shifts spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Core responsibilities will include: Taking and amending bookings and assisting with enquiriesReconciling daily takingsEnsure the washing and drying of towels/sheets etc is done when requiredGreeting customers and processing paymentsMerchandising and practice presentationBasic patient screeningCovid-Safe and sanitization practicesGeneral Administration as required (filing, typing etc)Able to assist in covering for sick/annual leave when requiredAble to attend training at our practice in Port Augusta.About YouThe successful applicant will possess:
A current Drivers' License (Required)Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Previous reception/administration experience in a clinical environment or similar.Experience using EFTPOS and HICAPS (preferred)Sound computer skills.A friendly and empathetic nature with the ability to converse and build rapport with customers easily.How to ApplyBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
