Job Summary:In your role as Turnover Coordinator, you will be a part of the System Turnover team, working FIFO 3:1 in Karratha, WA. You shall interface with team members across the construction site in both Construction and Pre-Commissioning teams to expedite and track work completion by startup system in order to compile system turnover dossiers and reports at each phase of the project. The Turnover Coordinator will report to the Lead Turnover Coordinator who reports to the Project Field Engineer. Major Responsibilities:• Assist in the development of System Completions and Turnover related plans, procedures, and field instructions.• Implement the Project Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPPs), Project Procedures and ITPs.• Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness.• Manage field generated inspection records in completions management software for tracking and reporting.• Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including Teamworks, Setroute, Infoworks, Unifier, Aconex, and Smart Completions (Completions Database).• Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.• Other duties as designated. Education and Experience Requirements:• University/B.S degree in a relevant engineering discipline but may be waived if equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated.• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Construction industry, with at least 4 years' experience in a Completions and Turnover role. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Understanding of applicable Bechtel work processes, including Standard Work Process Procedures and Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) including TEAMWorks Completions Module or Smart Completions, Infoworks or Aconex, is preferred.• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability. Additional Information:This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.).The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products – i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site. #LI-JC1 Total Rewards/Benefits: There are many reasons why choosing to join Bechtel is one of the best career decisions you will ever make.
