You will evidence experience of supporting the roll out of technology systems. This is a hybrid position that requires an individual who has hands on consultancy experience along with some technical expertise (SQL etc). Sometimes you will need to deliver difficult messages and manage conflict resolution so strong client management skills are Responsibilities: Ensure all projects are implemented within given timelines, escalating if slippage.Manage multiple projects or varying scope and size simultaneously.Full implementation life cycle of inspHire product suite.Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status.Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to Head of PSG.Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success. Key Requirements:Strong organisational and communication skills.Demonstrable experience in Project Management/Implementation.Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.Great problem-solving ability.Full driving licence required.Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery (any software implementation is great).If you have experience in a PM role you will need to evidence good 'standalone' implementationexperience (This is a single contributor role, no direct reports limited budget responsibility).Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.Commercially Aware.Forward thinking/proactive nature.
