The team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on some of the iconic projects across Victoria. As a Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.
Lead and manage large scale projects as the key client interface Develop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completion Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project safety and environmental requirements Manage project timelines, risks and reporting Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track Direct line management team responsibilities Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management 7+ years industry experience working on major health projects. Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
