Senior Project Manager - Hospitals and Health Sector Full-time Turner & Townsend's Project Management team is one of the leading consultancies in the Health Care and Hospital sector, helping to deliver the largest projects across the country. The team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on some of the iconic Hospital and Health projects. We are looking for someone with a wide range of experience to work across a variety of different programs, from feasibility to delivery, and some great soft skills to collaborate with our clients.

As a Senior Project Manager in our Health Real Estate team, we are looking for you to lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interface Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project safety and environmental requirements Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track Direct line management team responsibilities Minimum Requirements: A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management 7+ years industry experience working on major health projects. Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team. Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
