Job Description Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface. Develop working relationships, problem solve, and drive projects to successful completion. Responsible for the complete project delivery of Ready for Service (RFS) for each lease site location. Manage and ensure that the lease provider complies with and delivers the project per the client's lease agreement contract. Serve as an advocate for managing a safe worksite. Manage the delivery of projects from lease execution through RFS. Manage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations. Ensure the delivery of projects aligns team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Data Center Development Project Strategy. Drive deployment of solutions that can be socialized globally across projects. Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required. Coordinate meetings and activities of external stakeholders and attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings, reporting as necessary. Report progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly, or as required. Bring strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Track lessons learned and identify improvements to share across groups. Coordinate approvals and route to all stakeholders and regional approvers. Ensure lease provider's compliance with the lease agreement contract. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 8 years experience in construction project management of Data Centers or equivalent experience. Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction. A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review. Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills. Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
