Job Description Leading delivery of a number of projects, serving as the lead point of contact for project stakeholders and clients. Project lead and commercial lead for the clients. Fit-out experience preferred. Experience delivering across a programme of works would be beneficial. Lead cost manager on projects. Leading fee proposals. Involvement in business generation sessions, securing new opportunities. Management of T&T financials on project and commission management. Assisting, eventually leading, carbon calculation services. Lead a team in delivering projects for key clients. Ability to train juniors. Interact proactively with clients and project stakeholders. Manage client relationships. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager. Experience in pre-contract and post-contract deliverables. MRICS or MAIQS preferred. Experience in commercial developer and fit-out sectors preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
