Job Description Managing and maintaining Australian payroll emails, handling payroll enquiries and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Assisting outsourcer for pay run preparations and providing employee movements on a timely basis. Preparation of payroll related calculations such as new hires payments, termination pays, FTE change etc. Accurately process (via outsource) payroll for 1,000 employees on a monthly basis. Pay run variance preparation and checking. Preparation of pay run related reports. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Maintain and update employee payroll records. Assisting with senior payroll officer with payroll reporting and other payroll related tasks and projects when required. Leave audits & other adhoc tasks. Qualifications Payroll function experience in a corporate organization. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in previous roles. Approachable and friendly manner with a customer orientation focus. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience managing a team. Knowledge of Preceda an advantage but not essential. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
