What's in it for you? $130-150 k plus super with potential equity play North Sydney Location Immediate Start Small dynamic Team Flexible hours | Flexible Days Exposure to exciting client project and challenges Ability to grow Advisory and management skills A fast-paced work environment and opportunity to learn directly from the senior leadership team Accelerated career progression Key Responsibilities: Overseeing client engagements, working directly with the CEO to ensure all client work is running smoothly Liaising with the Accounting and Bookkeeping team to ensure they are supported and across client needs Second point of contact for all client relationships Project based work working with Founders directly Managing the accounts for major clientele Attending CFO Advisory meetings Full end-to-end Xero file management including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger ATO lodgements and income tax estimates Must haves: Accounting background and experience (5+ years preferred) CA or CPA preferred Experience juggling multiple clients and managing multiple projects at once A client-centric approach and confidence engaging with senior leadership teams Desire to get into the thick of accounting responsibilities when required If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW below!
