TSPV - Program Governance and Assurance Manager (SFIA6)
Are you an experienced professional in program governance and assurance with a strong background in ICT project delivery?
This role is an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and manage a governance and assurance framework for ICT programs.
You'll lead assurance processes, work closely with senior stakeholders, and transfer your expertise to team members to strengthen the program delivery framework.
A Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance is required, and candidates must be willing to undertake an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).
Essential Tasks:Develop and implement Program Delivery Governance and Assurance frameworks in line with strategic objectives.Manage governance and assurance artefacts for efficient reporting to senior leadership.Author and present briefs to executives and liaise with stakeholders to resolve program issues.Provide training and transfer knowledge on governance, assurance, and project management.Key Criteria:Demonstrated expertise in governance (SFIA GOVN 6), quality assurance (SFIA QUAS 6), and program management (SFIA PGMG 6).At least 10 years' experience in managing projects/programs in a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) environment.Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.Ability to lead quality assurance processes tailored to organisational objectives. Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
