Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Canberra team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects across both front-end and delivery, ensuring variety and challenge in your work. You'll play a key role in strengthening RCC's reputation in the ACT market by delivering outstanding results on every project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and build lasting relationships with our full ecosystem.

About You Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience managing complex Government construction projects in Australia. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A passion for building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders.
