Tspv - Database Administrator (Multiple Levels) - Canberra/Sydney

We are seeking skilled TSPV - Database Administrators (Multiple Levels) at multiple levels to provide essential application maintenance and support services for a high-security government client.
This role involves direct system support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operation of critical databases.
Successful candidates will collaborate with technical specialists and end-users, making both temporary and permanent adjustments to improve database functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Deliver maintenance and support services for applications, assisting both users and service delivery teams.
Investigate and resolve database issues, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Provide user training and documentation updates, addressing system faults and improvements.
Collaborate with system developers and technical colleagues to maintain high database standards.
Key Requirements Proven experience in database administration, maintenance, and support.
Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills.
Ability to provide user guidance and create effective documentation.
Positive Vetting (PV) or Top Secret Privileged Access (TS-PA) clearance is required.
Location:  Canberra or Sydney offices, Australia unless agreed otherwise.
Contract Duration:  12 months with extension options.
Security Clearance:  Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
