As our Trust and Foundations Lead within our Philanthropy team, you will support the delivery of a successful Trusts and Foundations program. This is a new role to support the T&F's Manager in the stewardship and acquisition of high value supporters.
As our Trust and Foundations Lead your purpose will be to: Support the T&F Manager to manage a pipeline of trust & foundation relationships to achieve agreed growth KPIs.Manage the grants calendar including tracking application timelines, reporting, and financial acquittals.Create partnerships with philanthropists & key T&F donors to help grow fundraising income.Design customer experiences that connect to provide transformational journeys and ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our mission.Drive a continuous improvement and innovation strategy that clearly evidences effective testing to achieve measurable efficacy gains.Manage stakeholder stewardship to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget.Liaise in a productive and collegiate manner with internal colleagues including the senior leadership team, operations, and research teams.Maintain accurate records of interactions with trusts and foundations, tracking deadlines, communications, grant outcomes, and budget using our CRM Salesforce.To succeed you will have… Solid experience in the not-for-profit or commercial sector generating net income through strong relationships, proposals, and effective customer relationship management.Strong experience in acquisition and stewardship of new high value supporters.Degree level or equivalent qualification in a business, marketing, or relevant field with demonstrated capability in fundraising/sales, stakeholder, and financial management.Experience contributing to a fundraising or commercial strategy including its implementation, business planning, reporting and preparation of presentations for senior management and board teams.Able to achieve results despite high dependency & ambiguity, major contributor to functional business plan.Experience of working to tight deadlines and budgets.Ability to use Microsoft suite and experience with a CRM database, ideally Salesforce.We will support you to be your best with benefits that include but are not limited to: Access to our 'FlexBEST' program – true flexibility from day 1.Focus on employee wellbeing, including up to 5 gifted wellbeing days off (paid) per year.Join a group of dedicated people in a purpose-driven environment to achieve success and discover what it's like to look forward to coming to work every day and make a real difference.
