Trust Accounts Administrator

CONTRACT ROLE - 3 MONTH INITIAL APPOINTMENT We are a market leading commercial property agency requiring the services of a Trust Accounts Administrator proficient in Cirrus8 on a contract basis. Successfully operating for more than 20 years, we offer a fully integrated service inclusive of leasing, sales, property management and facilities management.  Our culture of collaboration with our team and clients provides the ideal platform for you to develop your skills and work in a wonderful team environment. Details of the role are as follows:
Commencement:  11 November 2024
Timeframe:  3 months (to mid February 2025) Permanency may be offered at completion of contract
Working days:  Flexible to fulfill 30 hours per week
The key elements of the role include:
- Collaborative working with colleagues in the Accounts Team
- Mid-month and end of month owner payments
- High volume processing of creditor invoices 
- Monthly invoice runs to tenants
- Landlord and creditor payments
- Liaising with Property Managers on accounts matters
- Ledger reconciliation
- Lease and assignment of lease set ups
- General administrative duties
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in property accounting and trust accounts.Fully literate in Cirrus8 Property Management softwareExcellent Excel skillsAbility to multi-task & prioritize deadlinesAbility to work in team environmentExcellent communication skillsExceptional attention to detailCollaborative working and peer learning is key.  Information on all Company processes will be provided to the successful applicant.
