Our projects are long term, and we require people who are seeking consistent work and are invested in their own growth.You will be working on long term projects in the Bundaberg Region with the potential for travel between project sites.We offer excellent pay rates, ongoing work, and quality machinery with a strong focus on safety.TRUCK & DOG DRIVER Main Duties/Responsibilities:Adopt best practice in relation to road maintenance and construction activities.Undertake regular maintenance checks on any assigned plant.Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment and depot.Completion of relevant job paperwork including Daily Hire Dockets and/or Delivery Dockets.Carry out a variety of manual tasks associated with Company operations.Complete relevant safety and site-specific inductions.Adhere to company workplace health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures.Actively participate in ongoing training and self-development to achieve continuous improvement for yourself and the Company.Additionally, you may be required to conduct other duties as lawfully directed by the Supervisor or Manager.Desired Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of current Queensland HR class Heavy Vehicle Driver's LicenseStatement of Attainment or Ticket/s for various construction plantConstruction Industry Induction CardFirst Aid Training (not essential but desirable)2 or more years' experience in a similar position/industry (or equivalent)Skills:Demonstrated knowledge of the National Vehicle Regulator regulations and requirementsTaking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, complying with reasonable instruction and co-operating with Company policy and procedureComply with required safety systems incorporating usage of Safe Work Method StatementsAbility to work as part of a team, actively encouraging team working and recognising the role you play as part of the KDW Civil TeamAbility to follow directions#J-18808-Ljbffr
