The Company
Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD and Volvo Truck Specialist Dealership. With 8 branches operating successfully statewide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.'
The Role
Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking individual that is looking to start or further their career within the Heavy Automotive Transport industry.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo Truck Parts. You will support our customers with over the phone and counter sales, whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team. In addition, this role will support the service department during peak periods, acting as the key contact between the workshop and our customers in relation to scheduling all vehicle repairs as needed.

To be considered for this position you will be a results-driven individual, with a positive and proactive attitude who thrives in a team environment. The successful applicant will have:
Knowledge and interest in the Heavy Automotive industry (highly desirable) Previous experience in a similar position (highly desirable although not essential as training and development will be provided) Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs The ability to problem solve and think on your feet Be able to commit to full-time hours.
